Basic Skirt pattern for inner skirt
Main skirt strips are draped and cut for better shape
Interlocking Technique
A slit is cut half way through on each strip front and back one from top and other from bottom so that they interlock each other creating a cross effect as desired.
to fix the cross it is stitched on the reverse side.
Draped strips are traced on paper for pattern.
